  • Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to shape hiring strategies, workforce planning and succession planning.
  • Lead strategic Talent projects across recruitment operations, employer brand, governance, process improvement and internal mobility.
  • Use market insights and hiring data to influence hiring decisions, salary benchmarking and future talent planning.
  • Coach and support hiring managers to deliver an outstanding, consistent candidate experience.
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes, systems and ways of working, ensuring Talent continues to evolve alongside the business.

Who we're looking for

  • Experience working in Talent Acquisition in a tech scale up, bringing track record of hiring software engineers.
  • Experience balancing strategic Talent projects with hands on recruitment delivery.
  • Confident partnering with senior stakeholders and able to influence and challenge with credibility.
  • Comfortable working autonomously and managing multiple priorities in a standalone role.
  • Strong direct sourcing experience across technical and business functions, with exposure to leadership hiring.
  • Someone who enjoys building, improving and creating Talent practices that have a genuine impact on the wider business.
