Tech Talent Acquisition Partner - Series B AI Scale Up

Location: Liverpool Street, London (Office based)

Contract Type: Permanent

Compensation: £80,000 - £90,000 + Equity

Backed by leading investors including Y Combinator and M12 our client has developed a category-defining AI platform and quickly established itself as one of the most exciting businesses operating within the European AI ecosystem.

Founded by an exceptionally strong technical leadership team with deep expertise across AI, machine learning and software engineering, the business combines cutting-edge technology with a highly ambitious and execution-focused culture. This combination has helped drive rapid commercial success, with the company reaching 8-figure ARR and securing more than $50m in funding across its Series A and Series B rounds.

With plans to more than double headcount over the coming year, the business is now investing heavily in its talent function. Working alongside the Founding Talent Lead, you'll lead hiring across AI, Engineering, Product and Data while helping shape the processes, candidate experience and talent infrastructure required to support the next phase of growth.

What you'll do

  • Own end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and levels of seniority
  • Build and manage high-quality pipelines of passive talent across the UK and Europe
  • Lead sourcing activity using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search and other modern sourcing techniques
  • Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies and deliver against growth plans
  • Manage interview processes from initial outreach through to offer acceptance
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain accurate hiring data and pipeline reporting
  • Identify hiring challenges early and proactively drive solutions

What you'll bring

  • 4+ years of experience recruiting within a high-growth technology environment
  • A strong track record of hiring technical talent
  • Demonstrable success building talent pipelines through proactive sourcing
  • Strong stakeholder management and candidate engagement skills
  • Experience managing multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A highly organised, detail-oriented approach to recruitment
