Maintenance Administrator

Your new role
- Update the in-house portal with letters and notices
- Update and deal with leaseholder requests on the portal
- Ensure contractor information, including insurance, is maintained and monitored and kept up to date
- Raise works orders for distribution to contractors
- Liaise with contractors regarding maintenance issues
- Maintain and keep updated property folder information
- Manage and monitor the property keys/access
- Daily use of computer systems
- Answering the telephone
- Responding to leaseholder queries by letter, email and telephone in line with company procedures
- Any other tasks as required
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in an administration role
- Excellent customer service skills
- Accurate administrative skills
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Good IT Skills
