2nd Line Support Engineer - Inside IR35 - 6-month contract

Your new company The client is a global energy and commodities company.

Your new role You will be providing 2nd Line Support, ensuring delivery of IT services and products, and managing all IT hardware, software and IT service requests.

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Expertise with Windows and Mac, Microsoft Office Suite, Active Directory, Microsoft Networking Services
• Experience with Microsoft Networking Services, Citrix XenApp/Desktop, MDM Solutions, and networking (routers, switches, WAP, firewalls)
• Certified in either CompTIA, MCP, MCSA, MCSE, CCNA, AWS, MS Azure
