AI Enablement Service Delivery Manager

Our client, a multinational semiconductor and software design company, seeks an AI Enablement Service Delivery Manager. Combining service delivery excellence with end-to-end customer experience leadership, orchestrating service readiness, enablement materials, and communications for AI Enablement.

SummaryThis role ensures that AI operations, tools, and technical releases are well understood, trusted, and seamlessly adopted across the organisation. Acting as the bridge between technical teams and business users, you will translate complex updates into clear, user-focused communication and ensure every AI release is supported through its full lifecycle.You will lead service readiness for all AI platforms, coordinating release cycles, early-life support, and post-go-live activities in partnership with Operations, Product Owners, and QA leads.A key part of the role is creating consistent communication materials, templates, and governance that align with the organisation's AI narrative and Responsible AI standards.The role also involves managing engagement activities-such as awareness campaigns and spotlight sessions-and maintaining strong two-way feedback loops with AI Enablement Leads and Business Partners to identify adoption blockers and improvement opportunities. You will curate and maintain all AI Enablement knowledge repositories, ensuring content accuracy, accessibility, version control, and discoverability.Additionally, you will develop and maintain a central AI Enablement Knowledge Hub as the single source of truth.Using operational, technical, and engagement data, you will produce insights, support internal reporting, and contribute to continuous improvement across AI enablement, release, and QA processes.

Required skillsStrong communication, an ability to simplify technical concepts, experience in service delivery or enablement, and proficiency with collaboration platforms like SharePoint, Jira, and ServiceNow. Knowledge of ITIL, internal change communications, analytics tools, and Responsible AI frameworks is beneficial.
