Agentic AI & LLM Architect

We are working with a client who is a global leader in consulting, technology services, and digital transformation, committed to delivering positive change through technology and human collaboration. They are seeking an experienced Agentic AI and LLM Architect. Your role will be to provide strategic architectural leadership for adopting agentic AI and LLM capabilities across the enterprise SDLC. Define the overarching architecture and governance frameworks for incorporating advanced AI patterns such as autonomous agents, multi-agent workflows, and enterprise-scale LLM integrations. Serve as the primary authority for advising senior client stakeholders on the organisational, technical, and SDLC implications of adopting agentic AI and LLM-enabled systems. Work with external AI providers to shape long-term collaboration models around LLM hosting, agent frameworks, safety testing, versioning, and operational support.Set enterprise-level architectural guardrails for the use of LLMs, including transparency, security, prompt governance, auditability, and alignment with responsible AI policies. Oversee architectural artefacts that describe how LLM and agentic AI components interact across multiple teams, systems, and business processes. Mentor other architects to build deep programme capability in architecting LLM and agentic solutions within structured SDLC environments. Lead governance boards and architectural review forums to ensure agentic and LLM components meet enterprise standards for quality, compliance, and risk management. Influence programme-wide planning by identifying process, tooling, and organisational changes required to support AI adoption. This role will allow for remote working here in the UK, but you must be able to attend key client sites in London and Hampshire when needed.
