Its Workday HCM and Financials platform sits at the centre of this transformation, and this role offers the opportunity to shape how it is enhanced and adopted across the business.Your new role This is a key role sitting at the intersection of business, technology and delivery, focused on enhancing and evolving the organisation's Workday platform. You will act as the primary interface between stakeholders, Workday teams and integration specialists, ensuring business needs are translated into clear, practical and scalable solutions. You will lead end-to-end business analysis activities, from requirements gathering and process mapping through to functional and technical specification. A strong focus of the role will be on integrations and data flows, working with technical teams to define mappings, transformations and validations across both inbound and outbound interfaces. You will contribute to solution design across Workday modules, including HCM and Financials, supporting enhancements and ensuring alignment with best practice and standard functionality. Alongside this, you will assess the impact of system changes and releases, ensuring downstream systems and processes remain aligned and effective. The role also plays a critical part in delivery and adoption. You will support testing activities, facilitate workshops and user sessions, and help stakeholders understand and embed changes effectively. By combining technical understanding with strong stakeholder engagement, you will ensure that system improvements translate into real business value.What you'll need to succeed You will bring strong experience working as a Business Analyst within Workday environments, with exposure to HCM and/or Financials modules. You will have a solid background in requirements gathering, process mapping and translating business needs into technical solutions. Experience working with Workday integrations, data flows and mapping is essential, alongside an understanding of tools such as EIBs, Core Connectors, APIs or similar. You will be confident working across technical and non-technical stakeholders, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and drive clear outcomes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are key, as is the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently within a fast-paced environment. Experience working in Agile delivery environments and familiarity with structured process modelling approaches will also be highly advantageous.
