Business Analyst

We are looking for a Glasgow/Scotland-based Business Analyst with experience mapping out processes and discovering the as-is of an existing system as well as contributing to the process mapping of a scheduling system.Business Analyst Responsibilities:

• Plan and prioritise business analysis activities in alignment with the product roadmap.
• Elicit, document, and validate business and technical requirements via workshops, interviews, observations, and analysis of current systems and processes.
• Translate complex business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and supporting documentation
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure shared understanding of requirements and solution intent
• Facilitate ongoing review and change management to adapt to evolving business priorities and user feedback

Responsibilities will include:

• Capturing and revalidating business requirements, including a review of internal systems Baseline requirements
• Documenting and refining user stories to reflect current needs and future enhancements
• Documenting current ("as-is") processes and operational workflows for both current systems and scheduling systems
• Supporting potential simplification of crew rostering processes, subject to further scoping and confirmation
• Ensuring stakeholder alignment and facilitating ongoing review and change management processes
• The ideal candidate will be process map driven and have experience working with scheduling systems.
