Business Change Manager - Business Readiness, Insurance, Transformation
Up to £550pd (Inside IR35)
UK (hybrid) - must be UK based

I'm currently working with a leading organisation undergoing a major enterprise-wide transformation and looking for a Business Change Manager with business readiness experience across a large-scale change programme.
Key Requirements:
- Proven Business Readiness Manager, Business Change Manager or transformation lead experience.
- Strong background delivering readiness activities across large transformation programmes.
- Experience managing stakeholder engagement, readiness assessments, deployment planning and go-live activities.
- Ability to identify and manage risks, dependencies and business impacts.
- Experience coordinating business and technology workstreams.
- Understanding of operational environments and business adoption of change.
Nice to Have:
- Insurance or other regulated industry experience.
- Exposure to Salesforce, PeopleSoft or similar enterprise platforms.
- Experience within operations, customer service, contact centre environments or Learning and Development programmes.
- Previous project management experience alongside business change/transformation.
- Ability to travel to Brighton or Manchester offices
