Business Manager
Business Manager Technology team - SAP desk Sheffield, Manchester or Leeds (Hybrid) | Salary dependant on experience We are investing in the expansion of our Enterprise Technology business, and SAP is the next major area of growth. To lead this, we are seeking a Business Manager or Business Director with deep expertise in the SAP recruitment market.
This isn't a role for someone looking to "step up." We need a proven leader with the gravitas, credibility and market knowledge to immediately plug into the SAP ecosystem and shape the strategy from day one.What We're Looking For* A strong SAP recruitment background with a clear understanding of modules, technologies, talent pools, and client landscapes* 4-5+ years' experience in SAP or wider enterprise tech recruitment* Proven experience building client relationships, winning large accounts, and influencing senior stakeholders* The confidence and capability to serve as a practice lead, shaping the market strategy and driving growth* Ambition, commercial edge and the desire to create something new within a major organisation
This is the chance to build and grow a practice from scratch, without the risk of doing it alone.
