Your new role

My client is looking for a proactive and detail-driven Business Operations Lead to support their UK operations. This is a varied role combining data analysis, customer service, system support, and process improvement.You will act as a key link between internal teams and clients, ensuring systems, reporting, and processes run smoothly while delivering a high level of service

• Act as a main point of contact between teams and stakeholders
• Troubleshoot issues and improve system processes
• Maintain and improve workflows and documentation
• Support onboarding of new clients and offboarding of existing ones
• Attend client meetings and manage follow-up actions on occasion
• Assist clients with system use
• Analyse sales and operational data
• Produce reports for internal teams and clients
• Track performance and identify improvements
• Process sales reports, purchase orders, and inventory updates
• Work closely with warehouse teams and resolve issues
• Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements
• Support business changes and operational enhancements

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong customer service and stakeholder management experience
• Confident working with data and reporting (Excel required) essential
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in data analysis or reporting essential
• Experience using Power BI desirable
