As part of its continued growth, the organisation is now looking to hire a Business Systems Analyst to join its IT team. Your new role Are you a detail-driven problem solver with a passion for bridging the gap between technology and business? I'm currently recruiting for a Business Systems Analyst to join our clients IT department, working within a collaborative and forward-thinking Business Analysis Team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a varied role, enjoys working across departments, and is keen to grow their skills in business analysis, project support, and EDI integration.

As a Business Systems Analyst, you'll play a key role in supporting the business by acting as the interface between internal teams, customers, and external vendors. You'll be responsible for resolving EDI messaging issues and managing new requests in line with business needs. The role also involves supporting internal projects, providing support, and documenting business processes while managing change requests. You'll lead application testing and ensure the creation and maintenance of training and specification documentation. Additionally, you'll investigate and resolve user queries across both internal and external applications, while ensuring compliance with internal SOX processes and ITGC requirements.

What you'll need to succeed We're looking for someone with a solid background in analysing and documenting business requirements, particularly in relation to EDI integrations. Strong communication skills both written and verbal are essential, along with excellent troubleshooting abilities and a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate will be confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, bringing both structure and flexibility to their approach.
