CRM Campaign Manager - SFMC
Your new company My client are a major British engineering group that designs and manufactures advanced power and propulsion systems as well as operating in the Automotive sector. We are delighted to be working exclusively with them to recruit the long-term contract role of CRM Campaign Manager, specifically working within Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Your new role This role is a hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud position, responsible for the front-end, day-to-day operational management of tactical marketing campaigns.
Key areas of responsibility include:
- End-to-end campaign build and deployment within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Data set creation and preparation for campaign execution
- Acting as the primary front-end user of the platform
- Ongoing maintenance of campaigns and platform functionality
- Close liaison with development teams (not responsible for development, but collaborative involvement required)
- Partnership with multiple business areas to deliver varied campaign activity
- Ensuring campaigns run smoothly within a complex CRM environment
- Increased efficiency and consistency in how client data is activated within campaigns, enabling more frequent and accurate use of insights
- Enhanced customer experience through technically optimised journeys and automated workflows that support a frictionless communication approach
- Contribution to raising the standard of digital marketing execution, supporting our ambition to set the benchmark for luxury sector customer engagement
- Close collaboration with CRM and Data Science teams to integrate richer data signals into campaigns, helping shift CRM from reactive communication toward predictive, data-driven activation and engagement
What you'll need to succeed
- Extensive hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience (campaign deployment, segmentation, datasets)
- Strong CRM background
- Ability to work cross functionally with technical and non-technical teams
- Skilled at interpreting non-technical briefs and asking the right questions to identify the correct solution
- Proven ability to build strong working relationships and stakeholder engagement
- Experience working within businesses requiring high quality, precise campaign delivery
What you'll get in return You'll receive a daily rate of between £200 - £300, depending on experience, in this long-term contract (initial contract will be until the end of the year and renewed on an annual basis with a view to being a long-term position). You will be eligible to take up to 25 days of annual leave per year, plus Bank Holidays, and have access to fantastic facilities at their South Coast offices. You will have the opportunity to work in a global team for a fantastic British heritage brand. Please note this contract has been deemed Inside IR35 and therefore pay options are PAYE and Umbrella.
