Your New Role
As a CRM Executive, you'll be a key member of the Products team, working closely with Technology and Business Development to ensure data integrity and support strategic initiatives. You'll manage CRM data segmentation, quality control, and system configuration, primarily using InterAction and HubSpot. Your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate contact data, supporting marketing campaigns, generating performance reports using Power BI, and providing user training and support. You'll also manage inboxes, oversee small projects, and contribute to data governance and compliance efforts.
What You'll Need to Succeed
To succeed in this role, you'll need strong experience with CRM systems-particularly InterAction-and a meticulous approach to data accuracy and segmentation. Familiarity with HubSpot and marketing automation tools is desirable. You should bring excellent analytical skills, proficiency in data reporting tools, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders. Previous line management experience, a proactive mindset, and a solid understanding of data protection laws will be highly beneficial.
