CRM Manager - Tech

This innovative, high-growth tech company has become well-established in the UK market in recent years. They are currently seeking a CRM Manager to contribute to their continued expansion.
Your new role
As CRM manager you will be responsible for engaging customers across a range of channels including email, SMS, and in-app notifications to boost activation and retention. You will develop and implement automated customer journeys, A/B test within the company's CRM and report back to management on monthly campaign performance.
What you'll need to succeed
- Excellent working knowledge of at least one CRM system
- Proven track record of delivering multi-channel campaigns
- Data-driven and analytical approach to strategy and improving campaign performance
- Proactive approach to campaign management and problem solving
