Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full lifecycle of a new CRM system implementation

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in IT project management and CRM delivery
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver under pressure
• Experience in public sector or large-scale transformation projects is desirable.
