Capacity Manager

We have excellent contract job opportunity for Capacity Manager | Remote | Active SC clearance

Purpose

Ensure sufficient IT service capacity is available to meet current and forecast business demand while minimizing the risk of service degradation or outages.

This role requires Active SC clearance

Contract - 4 to 6 months

Location- Remote

Pay - attractive pay (inside IR35)

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor service, infrastructure, and application capacity trends.
• Identify capacity constraints and risks before they impact service.
• Coordinate capacity planning across technical teams.
• Assess the impact of major incidents on service capacity and resilience.
• Support recovery planning during major incidents where capacity or performance is affected.
• Provide demand forecasting and growth planning.
• Escalate capacity-related risks to operational and leadership teams.
• Maintain capacity reports, dashboards, and improvement plans.
