With a strong focus on collaboration, integrity,and technology, it offers a dynamic, purpose-led environment where ambitiousindividuals thrive.Your new role Anewly created leadership position that unifies the strategic cloud partnershipsfor the business-most notably with Microsoft and AWS. The role overseesstrategic sourcing, vendor management, and commercial negotiations across cloudplatforms, with a particular emphasis on a 10-year agreement with Microsoft anda 5-year renewal with AWS. You'll manage Statements of Work, migrationstrategy, pricing, and cloud consumption, working closely with Microsoft'sautonomous unit and internal teams across Compliance, Risk, and Delivery. Onthe AWS side, responsibilities include renewals and sourcing across keysuppliers like Datadog, Snowflake, and CloudWatch, as well as SaaS andL&P-focused procurement. This role currently has one direct report(expanding to two), sits within a global team of 30, and reports into the Headof Technology Procurement.What you'll need to succeed Tobe successful you will need strong commercial acumen and executive presence,comfortable navigating complex regulatory environments in financial services(FCA, PRA, DORA etc). International experience is a plus and great exposure toCloud, Infrastructure and Software contracts will be greatly important. You willalso need to have confidence and great influence, challenging providersespecially when underperforming, and the ability to clearly demonstrateexamples of complex deals relevant to the above criteria.What you'll get in return Competitive salary of up to £116,000 + a target driven bonus of up to 30%, pension and benefits, with buyableAL days on top of the designated 25.
