Change Lead - OPEX, CAPEX

Up to £460 per day (Inside IR35)

London / Hybrid - 1-2 days a week on site

My client is an instantly recognisable consultancy who require a Change Lead with experience in delivering tooling and cultural change to operational teams in large, complex organisations.Key Requirements:

• Proven experience working as a Change Lead delivering tooling and culture change to operational teams on a global programme.
• Strong experience working on large scale Finance programmes.
• Strong understanding of improving and optimising Operating Expenses (OPEX) and Capital Expenditures (CAPEX).
• The ability to monitor performance across the programmes to provide updates and reports to relevant stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to deliver in fast paced and high-pressure environments.
• Experience facilitating and delivering workshops and presentations to a variety of audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Immediate availability.
