Commercial Technology Lawyer - Leeds

Join a top-tier Commercial team in Leeds as an Associate, advising on complex IT, technology, and outsourcing transactions. You'll work with leading clients across sectors including retail, financial services, manufacturing, tech, and health, delivering high-value projects where digitalisation and regulatory change intersect.

Key Responsibilities:Advise on tech transformations, SaaS/cloud deals, outsourcing, licensing, and commercial contracts. Manage projects independently and mentor junior colleagues and build strong client relationships and contribute to business growth.

Candidate Requirements:

• 1+ years' PQE in private practice or in-house
• Strong technical and project management skills
• Commercial mindset with a solutions-driven approach
• Proven client and financial performance
