Picture yourself working with a global manufacturing group, a company with 13 UK sites that's passionate about sustainability and always pushing the boundaries of technology. As a D365 Business Central Support Analyst, you'll be at the heart of their operations, helping teams across finance, manufacturing, and more do their best work. Hays is proud to partner with this innovative client to find someone who's excited to make a difference in a role that blends technical expertise with real human impact.

Based in Lincolnshire, you'll have the flexibility to work remotely, with the chance to connect face-to-face with colleagues by travelling between sites. You'll join a small, supportive IT team led by a manager who truly cares about helping people grow. Working alongside a skilled Business Analyst with deep technical expertise, a couple of skilled IT technicians, and a Power Platform specialist, you'll be part of a group that values collaboration and trusts each other to get things done.

Your focus will be Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, the system that keeps the company's finance, purchasing, sales, inventory, and manufacturing processes running smoothly. You'll dive in to provide first and second line support, troubleshoot issues, and guide users to get the most out of the platform. Whether you're training a new team member, configuring the system, or integrating tools like, your work will help the business operate at its best. Plus, you'll document solutions clearly and work with external partners when needed.

What makes this role exciting is the chance to go beyond Business Central. This company is all-in on Microsoft technologies and loves exploring what's next, like AI-driven projects that are changing how they work. You'll get hands-on experience with these innovations, building skills that keep you ahead in your career. It's a place where you can grow, learn, and take on new challenges in a supportive environment. When you visit one of the Lincolnshire sites, you'll enjoy free lunches with colleagues. The company's culture is built on trust and teamwork, with benefits that show they value their people: an annual bonus, private medical insurance, a solid pension plan, free parking, sick pay, and fun company events. This is a business that's serious about sustainability and quality, and they're looking for someone who shares their drive to make things better.

We searching for someone who's ready to bring their skills and enthusiasm to this role. You'll need experience with Business Central or a similar ERP system, a talent for solving problems, and a genuine interest in helping people use technology effectively. You're great at communicating with both tech-savvy and non-technical colleagues, and you're eager to learn about tools like Power Platform or even AI applications. A degree in IT, Business Systems, or Accounting (or equivalent experience) is a great fit, and Microsoft Dynamics certifications are a nice bonus, but what really matters is your curiosity and commitment.

Ready to take your career to the next level with a company that's shaping the future of manufacturing, apply for this D365 Business Central Support Analyst role and start making a real impact with a global leader.
