Oracle DBA (Active DV Cleared)Location: Reading 4 Days on site Security Clearance: ACTIVE DV clearance requiredContractRole OverviewWe are looking for an Oracle Database Administrator with active DV clearance to support and maintain business-critical Oracle database environments within a highly secure setting. The role focuses on BAU support, stability, and availability of Oracle databases.Key Responsibilities:Day-to-day administration of Oracle databases (11g / 12c / 19c)Database monitoring, performance tuning, and issue resolutionBackup, restore, and recovery using RMANManaging database security, users, roles, and access controlsSupporting patching, upgrades, and routine maintenanceWorking within secure, regulated environments and following strict processesProviding DBA support for incidents, changes, and service requestsEssential Skills & Experience:Strong hands-on experience as an Oracle DBAOracle Database administration (11g / 12c / 19c)Backup and recovery (RMAN)Performance tuning and troubleshootingLinux / Unix environmentsExperience working in secure or regulated environmentsSecurity Requirements:ACTIVE DV clearance (must be current and transferable)UK national with long-term UK residency
