Desktop Support Engineer

Your new company An exciting opportunity has arisen with a high-profile public sector client based in the Swansea region. They have embarked upon a number of large and complex technology transformation initiatives and are seeking a seasoned, confident and reliable IT Engineer to assist their teams. Your new role As an IT Engineer, you'll work as part of a team that is responsible for the rollout and upgrade from Windows 10 to Windows 11. You'll travel between locations, providing hands-on support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a smooth transition for end users. Mileage will be paid, and you'll be expected to work independently while maintaining high standards of service. What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience with Windows 10 to Windows 11 upgrades
• Strong desktop support and troubleshooting skills
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work across multiple sites with minimal supervision
