Digital Business Architect

We're supporting a major consulting brand in hiring an experienced Digital Business Architect to join a growing team delivering complex, high-impact transformation across both public and private sector clients.This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of business strategy, digital innovation and architecture, playing a key role in defining how organisations operate in a rapidly evolving technology landscape.You will contribute to end-to-end digital transformation, including:

• Defining digital strategy and building business cases for major investment in technologies such as AI, data, cloud, and automation.
• Designing future-state business and operating models, including capability maps, roadmaps, and solution blueprints.
• Applying Agile and Design Thinking to structure delivery, shape features/epics, build MVPs, and test solution hypotheses.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including technical architects, domain SMEs and senior client stakeholders, ensuring solutions are commercially viable, implementable, and aligned to business value.
• Developing strong client relationships and contributing to practice growth and thought leadership within a high-performing architecture community.

We're looking for applications from candidates who can demonstrate:

• Experience in digital transformation, business architecture, enterprise architecture, or strategic consulting.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business problems into clear, structured digital solutions.
• Familiarity with Agile (Scrum, Kanban or SAFe) and user-centred approaches such as Design Thinking.
• Confidence building credibility with senior stakeholders and working collaboratively across multi-disciplinary teams.
• A thoughtful, pragmatic approach to modern digital change, with an interest in areas such as sustainability and ethical use of AI.
