Your new role

This is a high-profile, strategic role at the heart of our digital evolution. You will take full ownership of a multi-stream transformation programme, overseeing the delivery of new platforms, systems and digital services that will redefine how we operate and engage with our community. From legacy system replacement to cloud migration, CRM integration and data strategy, you'll be the driving force behind a future-ready organisation. You'll work closely with senior leadership, technical teams and external partners to ensure every initiative is aligned with our mission and delivers measurable impact. With a strong focus on governance, stakeholder engagement and change management, you'll ensure that transformation is not just implemented, but embraced.

What you'll need to succeed

You are a seasoned Programme Manager with a proven track record of leading complex digital transformation initiatives in purpose-driven environments. You bring clarity, confidence and strategic oversight to every stage of delivery, from discovery and design through to execution and optimisation. Your experience spans enterprise-level change, stakeholder alignment and vendor management. You're fluent in Agile, PRINCE2, or hybrid methodologies, and you know how to balance innovation with operational rigour. Most importantly, you understand the power of technology to serve a greater cause and you're ready to make a difference.
