EPR Data Migration Workstream Lead

Your new role As the EPR Central Workstream Lead, you'll take ownership of a key workstream within a large-scale EPR Programme. You'll lead the design and delivery of future-state workflows, coordinate cross-site teams, and work closely with system suppliers and clinical stakeholders. Your role will be instrumental in embedding new systems and processes, driving operational change, and ensuring alignment across services to improve safety, efficiency, and patient experience.Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the design and implementation of a designated EPR module
  • Coordinating workstream activities across multiple sites
  • Facilitating stakeholder engagement and change management
  • Developing policies, SOPs, and benefits realisation strategies
  • Monitoring progress and reporting to programme leadership

What you'll need to succeed

  • Education to postgraduate diploma level or equivalent experience
  • Strong background in acute healthcare settings and EPR/Cerner systems
  • Proven experience in project and team management
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage complex workflows
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
  • Desirable: Project management qualification, process mapping skills, and knowledge of NHS systems
