EUX Engineer - Backend & Endpoint Management

Role Purpose

Deliver backend support for endpoint management, focusing on Intune configuration, Windows 11 deployment, and automation using PowerShell.

Key Responsibilities

* Build and maintain Intune configuration profiles and compliance policies. * Automate endpoint management tasks using PowerShell scripting. * Support Windows 11 deployment and lifecycle management. * Troubleshoot backend configuration issues impacting device performance or security. * Document processes, scripts, and configurations for audit and knowledge sharing.

Technical Skills

* Expertise in Microsoft Intune (device management, compliance, app deployment). * Advanced knowledge of Windows 11 configuration and administration. * Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting. * Understanding of Azure AD, conditional access, and security baselines.

Experience

* Proven experience managing Intune in enterprise environments. * Hands-on experience with Windows 11 deployment and configuration. * Strong PowerShell scripting skills for automation and troubleshooting.2 days a week on site near West Drayton - Waterside
