Events Roadshow Specialist

Job Overview: An exciting opportunity for a mid-level Roadshow Specialist with strong experience in the investment banking (IB) marketing space or wider financial services. The ideal candidate brings hands-on roadshow expertise. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

* Location: London (Hybrid) * Daily Rate: Flexible * Contract Length: 6 Months * Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate and deliver roadshows end-to-end across multiple regions * Support senior stakeholders and client teams with scheduling, planning, and logistics * Manage event materials, timelines, and communication flows * Liaise with vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution * Track project progress and troubleshoot issues proactively * Provide on-the-ground support during events and roadshows * Assist with reporting, documentation, and post-event evaluations

Key Requirements:* Background in IB marketing or broader financial services * Prior experience in roadshows (highly desirable) * Strong organisational and multitasking skills in fast-paced environments * Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities * Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
