FP&A Manager

Your new company

A high growth SaaS business is looking for an FP&A Manager to have full FP&A ownership, ownership over SaaS metrics and be involved in board and investor reporting.Your new role

• Build and maintain an integrated three-statement financial model
• Lead budgeting and re-forecasting cycles
• Run scenario modelling (hiring plans, new markets, efficiency initiatives)
• Produce board and investor reporting packs
• Benchmark performance against best-in-class SaaS standards
• Design and administer commissions and incentive schemes
• Drive automation of reporting and implement FP&A/BI tooling
• Work cross-functionally to ensure high-quality financial and operational data

What you'll need to succeed

• 5+ years' FP&A or commercial finance experience (ideally in high-growth B2B SaaS)
• Expert-level modelling skills (Excel/Sheets)
• Strong understanding of SaaS unit economics
• Hands-on experience with incentive compensation structures
• Familiarity with FP&A tools, BI platforms, or commission systems
• Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders
