Finance Analyst

Candidates will find themselves in a dynamic environmentthat values innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Your new role As a Finance Analyst, you'll play apivotal role in designing, developing, and deploying complex Anaplan modelsacross the Finance function. The role involves facilitating user storyworkshops, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, and leadinguser acceptance testing and training sessions. The Finance Analyst will usetheir expertise to streamline planning workflows, improve system performance,and resolve issues within existing models. They will also support seamless dataintegration with key business systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, and buildintuitive dashboards and reports to support both day-to-day operations andstrategic decision-making. Staying up to date with the latest Anaplan trendsand technologies is essential to ensure that their solutions remainbest-in-class.What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you must have hands-on experience building Anaplanmodels and at least two years' experience in Financial Planning & Analysis.A Certified Anaplan Model Builder (Level 1 or higher) qualification isrequired, and holding Solution Architect or Master Anaplanner status is astrong advantage. Applicants should possess knowledge of the Anaplan IntegratedFinance Planning Application, a solid understanding of multi-dimensionalmodelling, agile methodologies, and Anaplan best practices. Advanced Excelmodel building skills are essential, and experience with reporting systems suchas Qlik or Power BI will be beneficial. Exceptional communication skills arerequired, as is the ability to work effectively with both technical andnon-technical stakeholders. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience isnecessary, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills andattention to detail.
