What is the main purpose of the job As Finance Manager, you'll lead the finance function, drive strategy, and ensure financial accuracy and integrity across the business. You'll support leadership with financial insights and compliance, while embedding strong financial literacy throughout the organisation.Primary Duties
- Deliver timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reporting
- Oversee accounting operations and statutory compliance
- Provide financial advice to leadership and department managers
- Produce detailed P&L statements, forecasts, management packs, and variance analysis
- Promote financial understanding across all levels of the business
- Ensure regulatory and internal policy compliance
- Lead key finance projects and enhance process efficiency
- Collaborate across portfolio companies and share best practice

Essential requirements:
- Degree in Accountancy or equivalent + 3-5 years' finance experience
- Completed qualification (CA, CIMA, ACCA)
- Strong IFRS accounting knowledge
- Experience delivering B2B services
- Comfort communicating financial insights to non-finance teams
- Strong leadership, time management, and analytical thinking
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
Desirable extras:
- Multi-currency environment exposure
- Background in software or Big 6 audit experience
