Finance Manager

Your new company Hays Senior Finance are working with an excellent business in Stratford-upon-Avon as they look to recruit a new Finance Manager on a permanent basis. Our client is a fast-growing technology and telecoms provider, delivering innovative solutions that help customers stay connected, secure and productive.

Your new role Reporting into an excellent CFO, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing financial operations and ensuring robust financial controls whilst driving informed decision-making across the business.

Main duties:

• Preparation of consolidated monthly management accounts
• Manage budgeting, forecasting and cashflow processes
• Liaise with auditors, external partners and key stakeholders
• Develop and maintain internal controls and processes
• Lead the finance team and support continuous improvement
• Partner with senior leadership to provide financial insights and support strategic decisions

What you'll need to succeed

• Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
• Strong blend of technical accounting skills and commercial acumen
• Proven experience in day-to-day financial management
• Comfortable working to tight deadlines in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment
• A proactive mindset with a desire to improve systems and processes
• Highly proficient with Excel and accounting software (Netsuite advantageous)
