Finance & Systems Manager

Your new company A leading provider covering the whole of the UK, with a wide range of projects and a customer base, delivering high-value service and products for the long-term.Your new role Working within the shared service centre, you will take responsibility for leading a small team in providing IT solutions to the Masterdata of the finance function. You will lead Masterdata governance and management, oversea finance systems upgrades and integrations, collaborate with various stakeholders, provide process improvement solutions, implement controls for compliance and audit and lead the team in monitoring and supporting performance, encouraging accountability and excellence.What you'll need to succeed You will already have a strong track record of working for large companies/SSC experience with well documented exposure to system implementation, masterdata improvement and ERP systems. Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail as well as a proactive attitude to continuous improvement. Offering strong leadership experience is essential, along with fostering excellent collaboration with other stakeholders.What you'll get in return Flexible working options available with hybrid working available.
