Finance Transformation NetSuite

Your new company A listed business based in London has just implemented Netsuite, and is now looking for a consultant to support with process improvement, upskilling the team and collaboration with wider finance teams.Your new role

• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify root causes and process gaps.
• Monitor team capacity, report progress, and escalate risks early.
• Lead and support a remote team
• Serve as escalation contact during financial close cycles.
• Provide advanced NetSuite support (roles, workflows, reports, access).
• Liaise with external vendors for testing and minor changes.
• Implement small-scale improvements to usability and support workflows.
• Encourage documentation for long-term knowledge retention.

What you'll need to succeed

• You will be mmediately Available
• Strong communicator across time zones
• Experience leading small teams or workstreams.
• Solid understanding of finance operations (P2P, O2C, R2R, reconciliations).
• 4-5+ years supporting NetSuite in functional or systems roles.
• Jira and Confluence, Coupa, Alteryx, Anaplan, Salesforce familiarity.
