Your New Role

• Own financial accounting, controls, and reporting
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
• Manage audits, tax compliance (UK & US), and payroll
• Support M&A and fundraising initiatives

What you'll need to succeed

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified
• 5+ years in financial leadership
• UK GAAP expertise
• Strong Excel and accounting systems skills
• Experience with UK/US compliance
