Full Stack Blazor / .Net Core DevelopersGuildford, Surrey (Office-Based)£60000 - £130000 + 25% Bonus, 10% Pension, Private Medical, Relocation package available.Must haves:- Can work 5 days in the office in Guildford per week.- Full Stack .Net Developer, but open to working with a UI focus as they migrate to Blazor. Your new company This leading Software provider is looking to bolster their engineering team with 4 experienced Full Stack .Net Core / Blazor Software Engineers. You will be working in their state-of-the-art offices in the heart of Guildford 5 days per week, close to the University and with excellent transport links to London and the surrounding areas in Surrey.Your new role You'll join a well-established business with decades of experience taking them a market leading position. Building on an impressive 2024 they pushed towards 100 headcount and have the investment and product positioning to double this in the next 1-2 years. There is particular investment in the Engineering team as the produce is scalable to other sectors so it's an exciting time to be joining.The company control the systems they build, meaning developers can be intrinsic with the user and understand their journey to build a better product. You will be working on real-time systems driven by large data sets, so Engineers with a background in R&D environments would fit well. You'll play a crucial role working on a migration from a desktop product to a cutting-edge web solution (.Net Core / Blazor).You will be expected to bring new ideas to the table in whatever guise you join, but with the imminent growth there are Senior and Leadership opportunities to aspire to. It's an internally creative team that champion collaboration, they want constant suggestions of how to re-engineer things, not just work from a brief, and at interview they will want to know your individual project involvement, not just what the team worked on. What you'll need to succeed You will ideally have a degree in a STEM discipline, though this is not a necessity.We're looking for 4+ years hands-on experience using C# working full stack with Blazor, or failing this a modern JS/TypeScript-based framework such as React/Angular/Vue (4+ years). You may have GUI experience using WPF/MVVM / WinForms but this is not a necessity as it's only what they are migrating from. You must have cloud knowledge, Azure or AWS is fine as they have customers working with both platforms.We are looking for agnostic Developers that can move across technologies with ease, and are interested in working on what is best for the product, not staunchly defending one engineering practice or approach. The system is already architected so the focus currently leans towards UI Development in Blazor using C# - so you should be interested in this kind fo role.Experience or personal projects exploring Machine Learning and AI would fit well.What you'll get in return You'll work for a technology focused company working on a best-in-class product modernisation.
