HR Systems Manager

Key Responsibilities:* Lead the end-to-end development, integration, and maintenance ofthe HR and payroll system (iTrent).* Act as the primary point of contact for system-related projects, enhancements, and initiatives.* Provide expert advice on process improvement and system optimisation across the People & OD function.* Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to ensuresystems meet functional and technical specifications.* Oversee data governance, analytics, and reporting to supportstrategic decision-making.* Deliver user training and support, ensuring effective systemusage across the organisation.* Contribute to departmental leadership, audits, and continuousimprovement initiatives.
