Head of HR - SME Tech - 12 M FTC - London Hybrid - 80-100k Your new company An SME Tech business.Your new role Working as the Head of HR, you will report to the CEO and line manage a team of 2 based in London. In this generalist HR remit you will be responsible for managing a high volume of Employee Relations including Disciplinary and Grievances, redundancies and settlement agreements as well as reward, performance, talent development and recruitment.What you'll need to succeed CIPD qualified or equivalent, the successful candidate will have operated as a Head of HR within a SME technology business where you will be able to demonstrate a proven background in managing complex ER casework as well as a wider generalist remit. It is essential that you have managed a small team and are happy to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in with operational duties as a small team requires.
