Your new company Hays are recruiting for a permanent front-of-house host within Manchester city centre. You will provide professional 5-star service. Your new role As front-of-house host, you will welcome all visitors, manage bookings, and you will be the first point of contact for all visitors. You will forge positive relationships and implement all reception procedures. Handle calls distribute post. Allocate parking spaces, distribute passes, service desk requests, events and any other duties required by the reception team. What you'll need to succeed You will have previous experience of 5-star customer service, you will be proactive, and you will have excellent communication and presentation skills. You will be adaptable, you will be able to work on your own initiative. You will be comfortable working on multiple IT systems. What you'll get in return This role is for an excellent business, working on an exciting new project. Excellent benefits salary is £24,000 - £26,000 dependent on experience.
