IAM Project Manager

The Role A global bank is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and deliver multiple Identity & Access Management (IAM) initiatives within a complex enterprise environment. Working across business and technology teams, you will drive the planning, execution and governance of key IAM workstreams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and on budget.Details

• Location: London
• Contract: Initial 6 months
• Day Rate: Up to £750/day inside IR35 via umbrella
• Hybrid: 2 days per week in the office

Responsibilities

• Deliver concurrent IAM workstreams (RBAC, MFA, PAM, attestation).
• Produce core documentation including PIDs, schedules and steering packs.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies and timelines.
• Oversee internal resources and external vendors in a matrix setup.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships across regions.

Requirements

• Vast experience leading IT projects, including large IAM initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of IAM concepts and directory services (AD/Azure AD).
• Hands-on experience with enterprise IAM platforms (SailPoint, One Identity, Okta).
• Understanding of financial market products - Financial Services background preferred.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
