IT Administrator
Monday to Friday. 40 hours per week. Temporary to permanent position.Office-based. No remote working due to the nature of the role.Your new company A growing and innovative technology business is seeking an IT Administrator to join its team. Operating across multiple sites in Oxfordshire, the organisation offers a collaborative and fast-paced environment where technology plays a key role in supporting business growth.Your new role As an IT Administrator, you will support the day-to-day management of IT equipment and user setup across the business. Working closely with the IT Manager and external IT support providers, you will ensure employees have access to the hardware, software and systems they need to work effectively.You will be responsible for coordinating the allocation and tracking of IT equipment, preparing devices for new starters, arranging repairs and replacements, maintaining accurate asset records, and supporting IT procurement activities. You will also work with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure workplace technology, access permissions and security requirements are maintained to a high standard.This role will involve regular travel between their two sites in Oxfordshire, so being a driver is essential.What you'll need to succeed To be successful, you will have previous experience in a similar IT administration, IT coordination or IT support role. You will have experience supporting new starters, preparing equipment and accounts, coordinating IT assets, and ensuring employees have everything they need from day one.You will be highly organised, customer-focused and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
