Your new role
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Deployment Engineer to support the delivery of IT projects, device deployments, and end-user support services. The successful candidate will be responsible for the build, configuration, deployment, and maintenance of desktop and laptop hardware, supporting technology refresh programmes, and providing general IT support across the organisation.Responsibilities

• Build, configure, and deploy desktop PCs, laptops, and associated peripherals.
• Deliver deployment work packages across multiple sites and business units.
• Execute project-related tasks including hardware upgrades, software rollouts, migrations, and technology refresh initiatives.
• Provide 1st and 2nd line support to end users via ticketing systems, telephone, remote support, and face-to-face assistance.
• Support Microsoft Windows environments, Microsoft 365 applications, printers, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience building and deploying desktop and laptop devices in a corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 operating systems.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Active Directory.
• Experience supporting hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Familiarity with deployment technologies such as SCCM, Intune, MDT, or equivalent solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
