IT MANAGER LOCATION - HULL SALARY - CIRCA £45,000 + EXCEPTIONAL BONUS & BENEFITS PACKAGE FULL-TIME ON SITE

Your new role I am supporting a Hull Organisation in their search for a stand-alone IT Manager to join the business and play a major role in the long-term continued success where technology will be at the heart of everything. This is an incredible opportunity for an IT Manager to not only shape the future of the business, but also to create themselves a genuine career path to becoming one of the Directors and Board Members.

What you'll need to succeed I am looking to speak to existing IT Managers who have come from a Manufacturing / FMCG background and have a wide range of skills and experience so that they can adapt to the needs of the business. Key areas of focus and daily requirements will include the following:- Windows hardware and software support- Backup & Disaster Recovery- Maintenance of telephone systems and mobile devices- Audit cybersecurity security practices and implement up-to-date best practice- Cybersecurity testing of systems- Management of existing MSP relationships- Long-Term Projects include; moving completely to Cloud Hosting, updating the stock management system, helping facilitate future acquisitions as the business grows, build an IT Team.

What you'll get in return The role comes with a basic salary of circa £45,000 + Annual Bonus (paid out for the last 15 years) on average between £8,000 - £10,000. The pension contributions range from 5%-10% depending on qualifying criteria.
