IT Operations Administrator

The business places high value on accurate documentation, clear processes and reliable administrative support to enable IT teams to operate efficiently and meet audit and compliance requirements.Your new role As an IT Operations Administrator, you will provide day-to-day administrative support to the IT Operations Manager and the wider IT Operations team. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate documentation, records, trackers and logs, supporting audits, reporting activities and follow-up actions.You will work across multiple tasks and stakeholders, ensuring information is well organised, up to date and easily accessible, helping the IT Operations function maintain clear visibility of priorities and effective administrative controls.What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you will have strong administrative experience, ideally within an IT or technology environment.
