Information Modeller
Information Modeller - Data, Sparx EA, UML, BPMN / ArchiMate
£Market Rate (Inside IR35)
London / Remote (1-2 days in office per month)
6 Months initial contract
My client is a large International Consultancy, who are hiring an Information Modeller with strong Data experience and working knowledge of Sparx EA, UML, BPMN / ArchiMate to work closely with a high profile end customer.
Key Requirements:
- Proven Information Modelling experience
- Strong background in Data (Governance, Modelling, Architecture)
- Demonstrable experience with Sparx Enterprise Architect
- Previous experience of UML for interaction notation regarding interfaces and integrations as well as class notation for static and integration data
- Working knowledge of BPMN / ArchiMate for processes / strategy
- Experience of applying agreed modelling techniques, standards, patterns and tools
- Ability to enable users to find information through appropriate use of metadata and search tools
- Previous experience of contributing to the development of solution architectures in business, infrastructure or functional areas
- Capability to organise knowledge assets and oversee the lifecycle of identifying, capturing, classifying, storing and maintaining assets
- Ability to develop the physical schema for a relational database from a subset of an information model (simple concepts, enumerations, compositions, generalisations, simple constraints, complex constraints, time series / historical data etc)
- Working knowledge of developing interaction diagrams and message request / response payloads for GET, DELETE, POST, PUT, and PATCH http requests
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to play a key role in implementing communication and engagement plans
Nice to have:
- Proven experience in the Energy / Construction / Transport / Engineering sector(s)
