Integrations Analyst

Location: Gainsborough

Salary: £50-60,000

Join a growing Business Systems team and play a key role in a company on a strategic digital growth journey.

This role offers one day per week working from home after the probation period, with the rest site-based, so you'll need to live within a reasonable commute of Gainsborough. Please note that no sponsorship is available for this position.

This is a newly created position for an Integrations Analyst who will help shape the way our systems connect with customers and partners. You'll be joining a collaborative team of technical and non-technical professionals, working on projects that underpin ongoing digital transformation.

Your focus will be on managing our API footprint and EDI processes, ensuring seamless data exchange across the business. You'll design and document integrations, onboard new EDI customers, and maintain specifications and workflows. While you won't be writing code, you'll work closely with the internal development team to implement solutions that deliver real value.

What will you be doing?

  • Designing and documenting API integrations for customer-facing applications and partner systems
  • Onboarding new EDI customers, including setup, testing and go-live support
  • Maintaining integration specifications, API documentation and data mapping
  • Troubleshooting and resolving integration issues with internal teams and trading partners
  • Configuring and maintaining EDI transactions such as orders, invoices and shipping notices
  • Supporting the customer stream with technical expertise on connectivity options

What are we looking for?

  • Experience in integration development, EDI or API roles
  • Strong understanding of API principles (REST, SOAP) and integration patterns
  • Knowledge of EDI standards and protocols (ANSI X12, EDIFACT, XML, AS2)
  • Ability to read XML and manage workflows
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills to work with technical teams and stakeholders

This is an opportunity to join a business that values innovation and collaboration. You'll have the chance to work on meaningful projects that support the digital strategy, alongside a team that combines technical expertise with a practical, business-focused approach.

If you're ready to take on a role that blends technical knowledge with real-world impact, we'd love to hear from you.
