As an Integration Developer, you will design, develop, and manage data integrations across key university systems including SITS, HR, Finance, VLEs, and CRM platforms. You'll work with technologies like MS SQL Server, SSIS, Azure Integration Services, and .NET to deliver robust solutions. Your responsibilities include leading new application development, migrating services to AIS, ensuring data integrity through MDM practices, and providing expert support to stakeholders. You'll also drive service improvements, manage workloads, and stay current with emerging technologies to enhance system efficiency and integration quality. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and manage integrations and data feeds for core university systems including SITS, HR, Finance, VLEs, IAM, CRM, CMS, and timetabling platforms.
- Perform analysis and programming using MS SQL Server, SSIS, Azure Integration Services, C#, VB.NET, and Web Services.
- Lead the design and migration of services to Azure Integration Services (AIS), including new application development.
- Manage integration-related projects and respond to ad-hoc system integration requests.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements, provide expert technical support, and promote best practices in data management and system integration.
- Ensure the integrity of Master Data Sets and reduce risks from data discrepancies through MDM practices.
- Maintain documentation and review operational processes for integration platforms to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Plan and execute integration testing for system changes and new releases, identifying and mitigating risks.
- Investigate and resolve incidents related to integration platforms in line with SLA targets.
- Stay informed about technological advancements and assess their potential to improve services and processes.
- Propose and implement service improvements to enhance integration capabilities and user experience.
