Integrations Project Manager
Our client, who is a leading global law firm, is currently seeking an experienced Integrations Project Manager to support the delivery of a major Finance Management System transformation. This role will take end-to-end ownership of all integrations into the new FMS platform, working across multiple technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of a complex, high-visibility programme.Job Details:
- Start date: ASAP
- Duration: until end of March 2027
- Rate: £600-£670pd Inside IR35 via Umbrella
- Location: London
- Hybrid: 3 days in the office
Key Requirements:
- Proven track record delivering large-scale and highly complex systems integrations, ideally within professional services or legal sector environments.
- Experience owning the delivery of end-to-end integrations into finance management systems, ideally Aderant.
- Ability to manage 25+ integrations, including both downstream and upstream feeds, with full ownership of planning, sequencing, oversight, and delivery.
- Skilled in leading a small technical delivery pod (developer + Technical BAs), using Azure DevOps (ADO) to track workflow, risks, dependencies, and high-level plans.
- Strong understanding of modern integration architectures, including Azure Service Bus, Fabric Data Bricks, and replacement of legacy SQL data stores with Fabric-based platforms.
- Ability to challenge, question assumptions, and adapt quickly within a fast-paced, multi-team environment with multiple hand-off points.
- Experience delivering within rigid governance frameworks, producing high-quality documentation, RAID logs, project briefs, and regular PMO-level reporting.
