Your new role You'll be responsible for providing both functional and technical support for the IBM Maximo system, ensuring it runs smoothly and meets the evolving needs of the business. From troubleshooting and maintaining data accuracy to supporting integrations and exploring AI capabilities, this role offers variety and impact. You'll work closely with technical teams and business users, helping to drive adoption, improve workflows, and support enhancements that align with strategic goals.

What you'll need to succeed They don't just want a support engineer; they want someone who's curious, proactive, and ready to get stuck in. You'll be confident working with applications, keen to learn, and comfortable engaging with stakeholders across the business.To be successful, you'll bring:

• Solid understanding of systems support and administration
• Exposure to ERP platforms or similar applications (AMOS experience a bonus)
• Ability to understand and configure applications
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Calm under pressure and able to meet deadlines
• Local enough to be onsite regularly - hybrid working is essential
