Working in close partnership with a global healthcare and technology powerhouse that's reshaping how data and digital innovation drive better outcomes. This is a business with purpose, and they're investing heavily in their UK legal team to support their ambitious transformation agenda.

We're looking for a commercially astute lawyer (2-5 years PQE) who thrives in fast-paced, tech-forward environments. Someone who's not just comfortable with complexity but excited by it. This role sits at the heart of the company's digital evolution, offering the chance to influence how data is governed, how privacy is protected, and how digital solutions are brought to life across the UK and beyond.

You'll be the go-to legal advisor for all things Data, Digital, and Privacy. That means working across a broad spectrum of projects-from software and licensing agreements to AI governance and GDPR compliance. You'll be embedded in innovation conversations, helping product and tech teams navigate legal frameworks while keeping pace with regulatory change.

This isn't a back-office legal role. It's front and centre, with exposure to senior stakeholders and global teams. You'll be advising on risk, shaping policy, and helping the business stay ahead of the curve in a sector where trust and transparency are everything. Working in a small team of four (total legal team over 20)

We're looking for someone who brings:

• A solid grounding in digital, IT, and data privacy law, ideally gained in-house or within a top-tier law firm.
• Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or tech would be a bonus-but mindset matters more.
• Sharp drafting skills, a collaborative approach, and the confidence to challenge and influence.
• Above all, a commercial lens and the ability to translate legal complexity into clear, actionable advice.
